Hello, My name is Paul Wilcox, AMFT, APCC. I got my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology in 2016 with specializations in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and Professional Clinical Counseling (PCC). I became an Associate MFT and Associate PCC to try to make a positive difference in my community, one person at a time. I am passionate about helping and empowering others so that they can live the best life they possibly can. I take a Rogerian/client-centered approach to Counseling and incorporate CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, existential, Gestalt, solution-focused and strength-based techniques into my work with clients. I believe that, despite whatever you are going through, things Can get better.
