My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, empathetic and validating experience. My role is to help guide you through life’s challenges while empowering you to find your inner resiliency.
I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem, codependency, relationship issues, adjustment issues, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is person-centered and I have experience using various types of therapy modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT and Motivational Interviewing.
As a military spouse, I understand the stress and hardships that come with military life. I have a special interest in working with military families through their unique life concerns and transitions.
