I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to be heard and explore inner experiences that may stand in the way of living your best life. I use an integrated approach with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Body awareness, Mindfulness, CBT, and DBT. My goal is to offer skills to empower you to discover your authentic self, strengths, values, and the path to a meaningful, psychologically rich life.
I work with teens, adults, midlife, and elderly. I treat depression, anxiety, relationship issues, codependency, parenting, adjustment and life transitions, divorce, and stress management. As a parent of young adults and caretaker of an aging parent, I understand the unique and challenging role of midlife.
