Tracie Leigh Kulakowski, MA, AMFT, APCC

Do you feel held back by struggles with difficult thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relational patterns? Do you feel stuck and not able to live the life you want and find your path to joyful experiences? You are not alone. It is a privilege for me to work collaboratively with you using a compassionate, strength-based approach. You are the expert on how things work for you. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to be heard and explore inner experiences that may stand in the way of living your best life. I use an integrated approach with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Body awareness, Mindfulness, CBT, and DBT. My goal is to offer skills to empower you to discover your authentic self, strengths, values, and the path to a meaningful, psychologically rich life.

I work with teens, adults, midlife, and elderly. I treat depression, anxiety, relationship issues, codependency, parenting, adjustment and life transitions, divorce, and stress management. As a parent of young adults and caretaker of an aging parent, I understand the unique and challenging role of midlife.
