It takes a lot of courage to seek support and I am so glad you are here.
My approach to healing is integrative, collaborative, and person-centered. I have training in EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, IFS and Gottman. My varied training, tools and experience allow me to cater my therapeutic approach to what feels most helpful to each of my clients.
My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and validating while we explore any negative beliefs or experiences that may be holding you back from living your most authentic and fulfilling life. My role is to help guide and support you through your challenges while also empowering you to connect to your inner strength and resiliency. My hope is that after each therapy session, you will feel a little stronger, more capable, and more compassionate towards yourself.
I work primarily with adults from young twenties through the elder population. I also focus on couples. Areas of specialty include grief, trauma, anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, relationship issues, communication difficulties and life transitions.
