Gina Gollard, AMFT

My therapy practice comes from a basis of a few questions: what is your story? What do you hope to learn about yourself? And what struggles have gotten in the way of letting your story thrive? My hope is that my therapy room can become a space where you can understand, face, unpack, and triumph over the problems that have kept you down. My job is to help you realize and meet the potential within yourself.

Gina Gollard, AMFT

My professional therapeutic experiences include stories involving anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, systemic conflict, and ADHD in various socialcultural backgrounds. I have an emphasis in working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community, with experience in working with gender dysphoria, body dysmorphia, gender and sexuality- related trauma, and letter writing. I employ a narrative therapy style with DBT and CBT-related techniques, while incorporating mindfulness and the power of the mind-body connection.
I work with children, adolescents, individuals in emerging adulthood, adults, couples, and families. I look forward to connecting with you!
