Criteria
Criteria for being applicable to register for Couples Intensive Therapy:
- Both partners are committed to dedicate themselves to healing the relationship
- There is no ongoing affair - There is no active addiction for one or both partners.

Schedule
Day 1:
Morning Session: Assessment 2.5 hour.
Break for lunch 1 hour.
Afternoon Session: 2 hours
Day 2:
Morning Session: 2 hours.
Break for lunch 1 hour.
Afternoon Session 1.5 hours
Day 3:
Morning Session: 2 hours.
Break for lunch 1 hour.
Afternoon Session 1.5 hours
Morning Session: Assessment 2.5 hour.

Sarah Herring, LMFT
Sarah is passionate about working with couples and providing the gold standard of couple therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). With her unique set of skills, she is prepared to facilitate a safe haven for you and your partner to build a strong foundation that will allow you to heal and grow closer to your partner.
Sarah is recognized by the International Center for Excellence in EFT as a level 2 clinician applying for certification to become a level 3 EFT clinician. Sarah is also trained in Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). Sarah has combined ISTDP and EFT to provide a process that helps couples decrease their level of distress and increase emotional safety more quickly than the traditional form of couples therapy.
