WE ARE HERE TO HELP

Sydnee Valli

Associate Clinical Social Worker

As a therapist, I believe in the power of connection, creativity, and resilience to guide healing and growth. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating the complexities of past or current trauma, offering a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where they can feel truly seen and heard.

My approach is collaborative and adaptive, weaving together a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether we’re using EMDR to process painful memories, CBT or DBT to navigate emotions and thoughts, or Solution-Focused Therapy to create a vision for the future, my goal is to empower clients with tools that foster healing and strength. For those who thrive through creative expression, I incorporate Play Therapy and Art Therapy, especially when working with younger clients or those who find words hard to express.

I see therapy as a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or simply a place to begin, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way, and to remind you healing is possible and you don’t have to do it alone.
