Hello, my name is Renee Ridley, a Licensed marriage and family therapist in San Diego, CA. I’m a trauma therapist who utilizes different modalities such as inner child work, brain spotting, and EMDR. I specialize in PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationships, attachment styles,self-esteem building and substance abuse.
I have a deep desire and passion for those struggling with PTSD, Childhood trauma, relationship conflicts, and self-esteem. I am trained in EMDR, DEtur, and brainspotting. I have a strong love and connection for people; I’m focused on change, acceptance and helping a person be the best version of themselves.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space where you can be free and feel anything and everything that you need to. I have years of experience working with families and individuals who are struggling with mental health, (depression, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, substance use). Working through trauma is an important part of change, growth and opening your world up for opportunity.
In my free time I love traveling, exploring all elements of nature, and surrounding myself with friends/family and love.
