Life is too short and fleeting not to experience new things, which includes therapy.
We all struggle with different aspects of our lives, and at times we may have a difficult time pinpointing what it may be. That is when diagnostic assessment comes in handy. My goal is to allow individuals to feel heard, understood, and help identify what they may be struggling with in order to develop a treatment plan that fits their needs and goals in life. I want individuals to feel safe, heard, and free to explore different aspects of their personality, behavioral patterns, and thoughts in a safe and non-judgmental environment.”
