Meghan Musfeldt
Clinician
I’m Meg, an associate therapist with many years of experience helping adolescents, young adults, and their families navigate the complexities of life. I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges like anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and the long-term effects of trauma, as well as helping families improve communication and strengthen relationships. My goal is to create a space where clients can process their experiences, heal, and grow in ways that feel empowering and transformative.
I take a no-nonsense approach to therapy—what you see is what you get. I’m known for being straightforward, and my directness comes from a place of deep compassion and respect for the people I work with. I believe that honesty and clarity are essential in therapy, and I’m here to help you face difficult truths in a way that fosters growth and healing.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Strength-Based Therapy. These modalities are designed to help individuals manage anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and rebuild a sense of safety and self-worth. In family therapy, I focus on helping families understand each other’s perspectives, improve communication, and work through conflict in a healthy, constructive way.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is real, straightforward, and compassionate, I’m here to help you move forward in your personal and family goals.
