Julia Guarascio
Associate Marriage Family Therapist
I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing the mind-body connection in achieving overall wellness. I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating past or present trauma, relational challenges, and emotional complexities. My goal is to help you develop deeper self-awareness, improve communication, and build healthier relationships.
I am trained in the Gottman Method, an evidence-based approach to couples therapy that helps partners strengthen their connection, manage conflict, and create lasting change. I also utilize Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), integrating attachment-based insights to uncover underlying emotions and patterns. Additionally, I incorporate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support mindfulness and personal growth.
I see therapy as a collaborative journey—one that fosters resilience, clarity, and meaningful change. Together, we will create a path that empowers you to thrive in your personal and professional life.
