Cindy Fisher, MFT
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
It takes courage to seek therapy, yet it’s one of the most helpful forms of self-care when life becomes overwhelming. My goal is to normalize the process and create safety and support for self-exploration and relational awareness. Therapy is like turning on lights and finding guard rails when everything feels dark and uncertain. It can provide a map and offer loving presence and compassion in dark moments.
I help clients find their way to feeling connected with their own self, with others, the community, and to rekindle a sense of relational purpose. I ask clients and couples to walk me into their life and their pain. Together we compassionately explore their core feelings, their parts, and unmet needs. I help families adjust to new changes and grow together.
