I help adults break free from cycles that no longer serve them—whether it’s persistentanxiety, the weight of trauma, or the struggle to stay grounded through life’s biggest transitions. With a focus on depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, substance use, and panic-related disorders, I work with individuals ready to reclaim their narrative and create meaningful change.
Rooted in Relational-Cultural Therapy, my approach centers the healing power of connection—both with ourselves and others. I see therapy as a collaborative space where your lived experience is honored and your voice leads. With my experience in substance use treatment, residential treatment and private practice treatment , I bring a deep understanding of the complexity of addiction, isolation, identity loss, and the lasting impact of trauma, including sexual abuse.
I work primarily with adults ages 25–60, and I hold space with particular care for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and veterans. My work is guided by a belief in resilience, the importance of belonging, and the transformative potential of being truly seen.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you—because you’re not broken. It’s about building insight, restoring connection, and stepping into your power with clarity and intention.
